These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of WeddingDay.Website, including its websites, wedding website templates, planning tools, RSVP features, downloads, tutorials, digital products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Hays Performance, doing business as WeddingDay.Website (“WeddingDay.Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase or use the Services. If you use the Services for a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or person to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Account Security

Some Services may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us at support@weddingday.website if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by law.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, threatens the security of the Services, infringes another person's rights, or is used unlawfully.

3. Products and Services

WeddingDay.Website may offer downloadable templates, editable Canva designs, planning tools, tutorials, hosted wedding pages, RSVP tools, Web, Windows, Linux, Mac, IOS and Android and other digital Applications products. Product descriptions, included features, file formats, compatibility requirements, access periods, and prices will be shown on the applicable sales page.

Colors, animations, fonts, images, and layouts may appear differently depending on the device, browser, screen, software, or third-party platform used. Unless a sales page expressly says otherwise, you are responsible for obtaining the equipment, internet access, software, Canva account, hosting, domain, or third-party services needed to use a product.

We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue a feature. If a material change affects a paid Service during a stated access period, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law.

4. Orders, Prices, and Payment

Prices are shown in **[U.S. dollars / OTHER CURRENCY]** unless stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the displayed price, applicable taxes, and any clearly disclosed recurring charges.

We may correct pricing or listing errors before fulfilling an order. We may refuse or cancel an order involving suspected fraud, an obvious error, an unlawful transaction, or a violation of these Terms. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.

Payment card information is handled by our payment processor, Authorize.net, Paypal and/or Stripe or Square according to its own terms and privacy notice. We do not intentionally store complete payment card numbers on our own servers.

5. Digital Delivery and Access

Digital products are generally delivered by download, email, account access, or a link to a third-party platform. You are responsible for entering a working email address and saving permitted copies before a download or access link expires.

Delivery times are estimates. Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, internet outages, hosting providers, payment processors, Canva, Wix Squarespace email providers, or other third parties may occur.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because digital products can be accessed or copied immediately, purchases are FINAL SALE / REFUNDABLE UNDER THE FOLLOWING Condition: Canceled before sent and/or received, except when a refund is required by law or the product is materially defective or materially different from its description.

To request help, contact support@weddingday.website within 3 days after purchase and include your order number and a description of the problem. We may first offer troubleshooting, replacement access, or correction of a defective file.

“You may cancel a subscription through support@weddingday.website. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund earlier charges. Any trial, renewal, and cancellation terms shown at checkout are part of these Terms.”


7. License for Templates and Digital Products

Unless a product page provides a different written license, we grant the original purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use and customize the purchased product for one wedding or one engaged couple.

You may:

- customize the product for the licensed wedding;
- share finished wedding materials with invited guests and participating vendors; and
- print or publish the finished materials for the licensed wedding.

You may not:

- resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, share, or give away the original or editable product;
- share template links, source files, account credentials, or download links with another couple or business;
- claim the underlying template or design as your own;
- use the product to create a competing template, product library, software service, or commercial design service;
- remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices; or
- use the product, previews, or site content to train an artificial-intelligence model or create substantially similar products for resale without our written permission.

Wedding planners, designers, venues, and agencies need a separate COMMERCIAL LICENSE / MULTI-USE LICENSE before using a product for more than one client.

8. Your Wedding Content and Guest Information

You retain ownership of the names, photographs, stories, schedules, registry links, event details, music, guest lists, RSVP responses, meal selections, messages, and other material you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, format, display, and transmit User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, threatening, malicious, or privacy-invasive material.

If you enter information about guests or invite guests to submit RSVP information, you are responsible for giving them appropriate notice and obtaining any permission required by law. Do not request or upload Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical records, government identification numbers, or other information that is not reasonably necessary for wedding planning.

You choose what appears publicly on a wedding page. Public pages may be viewed, copied, indexed, or shared by other people. Use password protection or privacy controls when available, and avoid publishing private addresses, access codes, or sensitive travel details.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not:

- break any law or infringe another person's rights;
- probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls;
- upload malware or harmful code;
- scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Services without written permission;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- use the Services for unsolicited advertising, spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity; or
- use automated systems to access the Services in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services—including software, text, templates, graphics, branding, logos, videos, tutorials, layout, and original content—are owned by or licensed to WeddingDay.Website and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licenses expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

“WeddingDay.Website” and related names, logos, and trade dress are trademarks/service marks claimed by Hays Performance. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without written permission.

11. Copyright Complaints

If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to support at weddingday.website with the subject of DMCA EMAIL OR AGENT containing: identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

If the business qualifies for the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act safe harbor, insert the registered DMCA agent's complete name and address here and keep the registration current.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or depend on Canva, payment processors, email services, analytics providers, social networks, registries, calendar services, hosting providers, or other third parties. Their products are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, promises, or transactions. A link does not imply endorsement.

13. Availability, Backups, and Changes

We aim to keep the Services available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. You should keep backup copies of important content, downloads, guest lists, and RSVP records. We are not a permanent archival service unless a written plan expressly says otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects an ongoing paid Service, we will provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
